3. Illegal, offensive, or harassing material or behavior is strictly prohibited from DiveMatch. The site reserves the right to delete content at its discretion. The Site also reserves the right to delete and ban users who violate these Terms.
4. DiveMatch may link to third party sites and businesses. DiveMatch is not responsible for the information provided by these third parties. These sites may include their own Terms independent of any by DiveMatch.
5. The user agrees not to hold any responsibility or liability against DiveMatch for any use of the site or connections made with other users, including damages or lost profits. Users are solely responsible for interactions with other users of DiveMatch. The site does not screen or otherwise check the truthfulness or accuracy of statements from users.
6. Users may cancel their profile at any time by contacting DiveMatch with their request.
7. DiveMatch may modify or change these Terms of Use at any time.
